Music Classes for Ages 7-12

Intro to Music (Ages 7-12)
This very special class allows students not yet decided on an instrument to receive hands on instruction in the areas of piano, guitar and drums. This class can be taught as a 30 minute private or partner lesson or 45 minute group lesson (3-5 students). No at-home practice required.

Lesson Lengths and Costs: 30 minutes (private or partner) or 45 minutes (Group 3-5 students) = $120 per month

Lessons PLUS (Ages 7-11)
Lessons PLUS classes are offered for piano, drums, guitar, vocals, string, woodwind, and brass instruments. Each class period includes a 20-25 minute private lesson, a 30-minute theory class, and 20-25 minutes at a technology station. Technology station projects are assigned by your private instructor as the student's needs and/or interests dictate, but may include such variety as using assessment software to improve on technique or repertoire; composing and/or recording music; performing, improvising, and/or recording with backing tracks, accompaniment tracks, and rhythm tracks, etc.

Class Days and Times: Mondays @ 3:15pm and 6:30pm, Wednesdays @ 2:30pm, Thursdays @ 4pm and 5:15pm, or Fridays @ 4:30pm (weekly classes)
Duration: 75 minutes
Cost: $120 per month

Private Lessons (Ages 7 and Up)
Private Lessons are available for piano, drums, guitar, bass (electric and/or upright), vocals, stringed instruments (violin, viola, cello), woodwind, and brass instruments.

Class Availability: Monday through Saturday

45 minutes = $50, 60 minutes = $60 (all prices are per lesson)

Glee! Choir (Ages 7-12)
This class is inspired by the hit T.V. show! Learn to sing popular repertoire in a show choir setting.

Cost: $120 per month

Youth Collective™ (Ages 9-12)
This class is offered to intermediate and advanced level students who want to play popular music in a band setting. Schedule varies weekly, but class format regularly includes group instruction, private instruction, supervised band practices and on-stage performances for piano, guitar, bass, drums, and vocals.

Class Days and Times: Tuedays @ 4:30pm (weekly classes)
