Have a rockin' birthday party at Recreational Music Center! We will design a custom birthday party based on a theme of your choice. Ideas include Disco, Rock 'N' Roll, Aloha Luau, or choose your favorite band, artist, movie, television show or other theme to center your party around. This does not disappoint!

Have your party at Recreational Music Center and you'll be the talk of the town! Whether the ladies want to glitz and glam it up or the guys just want to rock out, everyone will have a terrific time! Hang out on our cool leather chairs and sofa, dance, jam on stage (whether playing real music or livin' it up air band style), sing your heart out to karaoke, play Rock Band® video games and more. Tons of fun for all ages.

Parents/Guardians are responsible for bringing food/beverage, cake, cups, plates, utensils, decorations, goody bags/favors, etc. Cost conveys duration of party plus an additional sixty minutes for set-up and thirty minutes for clean up. You are responsible for cleaning up any/all food and decorations that you bring into the facility.


Rock Star Package
- Includes everything in the Silver Package plus...
- Birthday cake (choice of yellow, chocolate, marble or confetti)
- Plates, napkins, and utensils for cake
- Generic Decorations (such as balloons, Streamers and Happy Birthday banner)

Parents/Guardians are responsible for bringing food/beverage, cups, plates, utensils, decorations, goody bags/favors, etc. Cost conveys duration of party plus an additional sixty minutes for set-up and thirty minutes for clean up. You are responsible for cleaning up any/all food and decorations that you bring into the facility.

Facility will be open 60 minutes prior to the start of the party for arrival of guests, though Recreational Music Center staff may still be setting up during this time.

RECREATIONAL MUSIC CENTER TERMS & CONDITIONS

Package Price includes use of the facility and amenities included in the package chosen by the customer.

Prices and Service Charges are subject to change. State Sales Tax of 8.75% will be added to food, beverage, and add-ons sold by the Recreational Music Center in accordance with California State Laws.

Deposits: 50% due when booking the event; the remainder due, in full, at the conclusion of your event.

Facilities Fee: The Recreational Music Center reserves the right to charge a fee for severe damage to equipment or for major accidents in order to recover the item that was damaged or to hire professional cleaning services.

Payment: Cash, Check (Made payable to Recreational Music Center) or Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express)

Guarantee: Confirmation, as to the number of guests, is the sole responsibility of the engager. A guaranteed guest count is required by noon, three (3) business days prior to the event date. If no guarantee is given at this time, the 25 guests will be considered the guaranteed number. This count is the lowest number of guests for which you will be charged. This number contains adults and children. A minimum of one supervising adult is required per six kids.

Cancellation: 21 days prior notice is required for all cancellations to receive a full deposit refund. Between 14 to 21 Days notice, 75% will be refunded. Between 7 to 14 Days notice, 50% will be refunded and less than 7 days, no refunds will be issued. A credit on account will be available for events rescheduled or postponed given less than 7 days notice. Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to an event will be charged the full value of the function.

Event Times: Event times as stated in the contract are considered binding in order to insure that we may successfully service subsequent events. This establishment is not responsible for reservations not honored on the day of the event, by persons booked into the "Number of Persons" portion of the agreement, (i.e., "No Shows").

Guest Parking: All parking areas in Historic Liberty Station are available for guest parking at no cost.

No alcoholic beverages may be brought in or consumed on the premise. All food and beverages must be consumed on the premises. Local Health Department rulings prohibit banquet guests from taking any food from the establishment. We understand that planning an event is an important task, requiring attention to detail. For this reason, we have established the aforementioned guidelines to aid in this process. Thank you for considering the Recreational Music Center for your event!
