Before your registration for RMC's Summer Music Immersion Camp is complete a non-refundable $100 deposit is required (unless this camp was purchased already as part of an outside special offer or promotion). The balance of the camp tuition must be paid by June 1. Cancellation requests must be received in writing by May 31. For cancellations received by this date, RMC will reserve the non-refundable $100 deposit and refund any remaining balance. After May 31, tuition is non-refundable. In the event a student becomes ill or is injured and unable to attend camp, a signed note from a physician must be supplied. RMC will make every effort to accommodate the student in an alternate session date or will refund the balance of the camp tuition, minus a $100 deposit. We will apply 100% of this deposit towards your camp tuition invoice.
